Takitik Cabin Rates:

$195.00/night, WEEKDAYS (Mon. - Thu.)
$225.00/night, WEEKENDS (Fri. - Sun.)
$250.00/night, HOLIDAYS

All rates based on 4 person occupancy. An additional $25/person per night charge will apply for over 4 up to a maximum of 6 staying in Takitik cabin. Two night minimum weekend requirement & 3 night minimum on holidays.

Lake House Rates:

$250.00/night, WEEKDAYS (Mon. - Thu.)
$350.00/night, WEEKENDS (Fri. - Sun.)
$350.00/night, HOLIDAYS

All rates based on 6 person occupancy. An additional $25/person per night charge will apply for over 6 up to a maximum of 14 staying in the Lake House. Two night minimum weekend requirement & 3 night minimum on holidays.

Guest Policies at Carper Springs

Carper Springs guests must adhere to policies either in writing or by Internet agreement before Carper Springs will further process a reservation request. Carper Springs will not accept guests who do not agree to abide by our policies.

1. No Pets allowed
2. No smoking inside
3. Valid credit card needed to hold reservation. Visa/MasterCard/Discover accepted.
4. All holiday rentals require a minimum three night stay
5. Weekend rentals require a two night minimum stay
6. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am
7. A first night's deposit is required to reserve.
8. A 7day cancellation notice is required to avoid any charges. If cancellations are made less than 14 days and we are unable to book the property for those nights, then you will be charged full amount.
9 Cancellations must be confirmed by speaking with management or communicating through email. No phone messages.
11. Missing items or damages to property, hot tub, and/or its contents herein will be charged to guests.
12. Damages or circumstances that require atypical cleaning are subject to additional charge.
13. Please contact management immediately, if problems arise with property.

Release of Liability
Rental guests, and all persons accompanying rental guests, hereby accept responsibility for their personal property and safety and irrevocably release and hold harmless Carper Springs, LLC and rental property owners from any liability whatsoever arising from loss, damage, or personal injury of any severity due to theft or accident while on the premises or in the vicinity of rented lodging.
